U of U Gymnastics Meet

Ok so the other night Colby took me to see the Ute's gymnastic meet against BYU. I know this might be kinda childish and weird, but it was so much fun! I remember when I was in elementary school that my dream was to become an olympic gymnast one day. I loved watching it on TV. My mom used to take me to watch U of U's gymnastic team and I remember just being in heaven! One of my favorite childhood memories is of the time we were able to go watch a meet and after we got to go down on the floor and get our pictures taken with the gymnasts. It was so fun! (I need to find that picture) I also remember that every recess we got my friends and I would practice our gymnastics and pretend we were competing. I remember the sandbox was lined with railroad ties and we would stand on them and pretend they were the beam. So anyways - Dwight had some free tickets through his work and gave them to us. Colby decided that since I always go with him to basketball games and all of "his" stuff, he needed to take me to "my" stuff. It was so much fun. He even stayed the entire time! Thanks so much honey! :)
Ute Gymnastics Team
Not the greatest picture, but the only we had.
This was the 1996 Olympic Team that I used to watch for hours! I even remember a folder I had at school with this exact picture. Dominque Moceanu was my favorite - she is on the top row in the middle.

Cayley, this post made me laugh! Seriously I used to just sit and watch those gymnastics. (Maybe we did together???) I used to LOVE it! I totally remember that too!

Also, do you remember the time we slept over at your house and we told "scary stories"... I remember hearing about the "Swamp Monster" and being scared for a long time about it! (Don't worry, I'm good now.)
